7) The ability to handle situations.
8) The ability to face emergencies, facts and realities of life with courage and patience.
9) The ability to understand, resist and deal effectively with negative and destructive thoughts, emotions, circumstances, environment, words and mental attitude of our own and others.
10) The ability to plan correctly.
11) The ability to solve problems without getting frustrated.
12) The ability to resist frustration, failures, disappointments without being disturbed.
13) The ability to stay always mentally relaxed.
14) Patience, perseverance, confidence, courage, empathy, etc.
15) The ability to concentrate on the wished object.
16) Sense of responsibilities.
17) Common sense.
18) A mentally healthy person very well knows himself - his will-power, attitude, weaknesses and qualities.
19) A mentally healthy person evaluates himself, accept his weaknesses and try to overcome them.
